Welcome to Slumlords of Sikaru, an immersive, platform-neutral role playing gaming environment. Our goal is to provide you with the tools you need to lead or play in this world. This book is focused on a storytelling mode of gameplay that is open ended and non-linear. In other words, we “make it up as we go along”.

Beginnings

Throughout the world, poverty stricken people work tirelessly to better themselves, to improve their circumstances, to make a better life for themselves and their children. The dignity of honest labor and the reward of coaxing sustenance from the very earth provides the poor with a quiet feeling of deep satisfaction, an almost sacred sense of self.
